LX Automation linear axes

Our LX linear axis programme is made in the EU. All series are built on anodised aluminium profiles with preloaded recirculating ball guides, and they combine into multi-axis systems and Cartesian gantries.

Belt-driven axes

A polyurethane timing belt with steel tension cords gives fast, smooth travel over long strokes. Built for high speed and dynamic handling.

LX LB series belt-driven linear axis
LB

LB series: for harsh and dirty environments

High-speed linear motion where there is dust, chips or other contamination. A stainless steel cover strip protects the belt and guides inside the rigid aluminium profile.

Used in automation lines, material handling, assembly equipment and Cartesian gantries where high dynamics, rigidity and full protection of the internals matter. Compatible with synchronisation kits and accessories for multi-axis systems.

LX EB series belt-driven linear axis
EB

EB series: for general automation

Fast, precise and reliable motion, mounted horizontally or vertically. The self-supporting profile can be installed directly on the machine without extra supports.

The belt runs quietly even over long strokes. A reversible drive unit lets you mount the motor on either side of the actuator. The modular design fits Cartesian gantries, handling systems and production lines with little maintenance.

LX ZB series vertical linear axis
ZB

ZB series: vertical axes and gantries

Here the profile moves while the carriage stays fixed. That makes the ZB right for vertical Z axes in Cartesian gantries, lifting modules and inverted set-ups, where low moving mass and high rigidity are both needed.

Smooth, repeatable motion even with significant loads, and long service life in continuous duty.

Ball screw driven axes

For applications that need precise motion, high rigidity and accurate positioning control.

LX KS series ball screw axis with dual guides
KS

KS series: dual guides for maximum rigidity

Two parallel ball guides give exceptional resistance to tilting moments and a very stable carriage, even with off-centre or dynamic loads. Available with one or two carriages.

Suited to positioning systems, assembly equipment and precision automation where rigidity, accuracy and long-term reliability matter.

  • Sizes 90, 110 and 145 mm
  • Options screw leads, motor flanges, mounting accessories
LX LS series ball screw axis
LS

LS series: compact, for medium to heavy loads

Precise, rigid and reliable motion where space is limited. The aluminium profile keeps the footprint and weight down, and the ball screw gives accurate positioning over short to medium strokes.

Easy to build into Cartesian gantries, assembly modules and handling systems.

  • Sizes 40, 65 and 80 mm
  • Options screw leads, motor flanges, mounting accessories

Robot & cobot tracks: PC series
