The standard CSK guideway. Four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle carry loads equally in all directions, so it can be mounted any way round. A self-aligning function compensates for small assembly errors and gives precise, smooth motion.
A standard guideway with a ball retainer system. Four rows of balls at 45° support radial, reverse radial and lateral loads equally, with high rigidity and load capacity. Like the LMG, it is self-aligning and can be mounted in any orientation.
A four-row wide rail with a 45° contact angle, equal load capacity in all four directions and self-alignment. The wider rail and lower height give very high torsional rigidity, so a single rail is often enough where space is tight or torque loads are high.
Miniature rails with two rows of balls in a Gothic-arch four-point contact, giving load capacity in all directions with high rigidity and precision. Ideal for small automated equipment where size and weight matter.
The wide LMNW version suits single-axis equipment that must take loads from every direction. A ball-retaining design and interchangeable carriages keep the accuracy consistent.
Cylindrical rollers instead of balls change the contact from point to line, which raises load capacity considerably and keeps elastic deformation very low under heavy load. Four rows in a 45° DB arrangement give excellent rigidity in all four directions.
An internal roller synchroniser removes the friction between neighbouring rollers. That lowers travel resistance and noise and makes the motion smoother. The preload is tuned for the best balance between resistance, rigidity and service life.

An innovative lubrication system extends relubrication intervals, often considerably, which lowers maintenance costs. WON ST is made in South Korea, and 3D STEP models are available for design work.

SHAC has worked in linear motion for more than a decade and today combines research, production and sales. In 2020 the company invested €5 million in a new 45,000 m² plant for ground and rolled ball screws and nuts. SHAC runs five production lines: rails, blocks, rolled ball screws, ground ball screws and ball nuts.
Before a sale, SHAC engineers use their own calculation system and a risk analysis to choose the safest and most cost-effective type. Every component is checked with FEA before production, and SHAC products carry professional certifications and patents.
