LMG series

The four rows of balls are designed with a 45° contact angle, allowing the system to support loads equally in radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions, while also providing high rigidity and high load capacity.

This makes it suitable for installation in any direction. In addition, the unique self-alignment function of the LMG series compensates for assembly errors, resulting in high precision and smooth motion. The guideways are available in sizes 15–55 with a wide range of carriage versions.

LMGQ series

The LMGQ Series is a standard guideway with a ball retainer system, available in sizes 15–25 and in multiple carriage versions. Its four rows of balls are arranged with a 45° contact angle, allowing the guideway to support loads equally in radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions while providing high rigidity and load capacity. This makes it suitable for installation in any mounting orientation.
In addition, the unique self-alignment function of the LMGQ series compensates for certain assembly errors, ensuring high precision and smooth motion.

LMGW series

This 4-row wide system features a 45-degree contact angle design that provides equal load capacity in all four directions and offers self-aligning capability, effectively compensating for assembly errors on mounting surfaces to meet high-precision requirements.
Additionally, the increased rail width and reduced overall height deliver outstanding torsional rigidity. In applications with limited installation space or high torque loads, a single-rail configuration can be used.

LMN Series

LMN/LMNW linear guide rails use a two-row steel ball structure with a Gothic four-point contact design, delivering load-bearing capability in all directions along with outstanding rigidity and high precision.
Micro linear guide rails are ideal for applications that demand compact size and low weight, particularly in small automated equipment. The micro wide linear guide rail features an expanded width, making it suitable for single-axis equipment that must withstand loads from every direction. The steel ball protection design and interchangeable carriages help maintain consistent accuracy.

LMR series

The LMR series linear guides use cylindrical rolling elements instead of traditional steel balls. This change from point contact to line contact significantly
increases load capacity. Under high loads, the cylindrical rolling elements exhibit very little elastic deformation. In addition, the 45° contact angle DB design
with four rows of rolling elements provides excellent rigidity and load-bearing performance.
These guides can withstand radial, reverse radial, and lateral loads in all four directions. They also incorporate a specially designed internal rolling element synchronizer,
which eliminates the gear effect caused by mutual friction during rolling. This greatly reduces travel resistance, enhances running smoothness, and lowers noise levels. Years of
optimized preload settings have achieved an ideal balance between travel resistance, rigidity, and service life.
The LMR series fully meets the demands of high-end precision equipment for high accuracy, high load capacity, high reliability, low noise, and smooth, stable linear motion.
