Real-time oil detection

At a customer site, our partner has just delivered a project where real‑time oil detection was the main objective. With the JOCS NS Sensor, the customer is able to monitor the condition of the oil in real time.

The JOCS NS sensor is designed for integration with various PLCs and features multiple data outputs — CANBUS, MODBUS, and 4–20 mA — enabling plug‑and‑play integration. It is easy to mount and install and requires no maintenance.

The JOCS NS sensor can register up to 15 measurements per second with an accuracy of 99.2% and detects all (known) contaminants and impurities.

The JOCS NS sensor optimizes service intervals without compromising equipment performance or reliability, and prevents catastrophic or costly failures by tracking every change in oil quality.

The JOCS NS sensor is reliable and robust, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with an IP67 rating.
