Bettina has many years of experience in business administration, start-ups, marketing, sales, and event planning.

Bettina handles our website, marketing, administration, finance, and customer service.

Bettina is the Operations & Marketing Manager of LINROX ApS.

Philip Hilt

has more than 30 years of international experience in the automation industry (23 years in linear motion). He also has experience with bearings, hybrid/ceramic bearings and hybrid linear motion, electric motion, lubrication, automation, sales/business development, product development, marketing, export & logistics.

Philip is the founder & owner of LINROX ApS.

Willie Hsu

With more than 20 years of experience in linear motion, automation, and robotics, Willie is our extended team member, based in New Taipei City, Taiwan. LINROX has joined forces with WINWIN (founded in 2025). This partnership ensures that all products are double quality-checked before leaving the factories. Willie ensures safe and fast shipping to Europe and makes sure that nothing is lost in translation.
